ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

The organizational structure of the Department of Construction of Dak Lak province was established by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 06/NQ-HDND dated July 2, 2025, as follows:
1. Department leaders include: Director and Deputy Director
a) The Director of the Department is the head of the Department, responsible to the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and before the law for performing the functions, duties and powers of the Department; performing the duties and powers of a member of the Provincial People's Committee according to the working regulations and assignments of the Provincial People's Committee.
b) The Deputy Director of the Department assists the Director of the Department in performing one or several specific tasks assigned by the Director of the Department, is responsible to the Director of the Department and before the law for the results of the assigned tasks; when the Director of the Department is absent, a Deputy Director of the Department is authorized to manage the activities of the Department.
The number of Deputy Directors of the Department is implemented according to current regulations.
2. Units belonging to and directly under the Department
a) Departments and units under the Department:
- Department Office .
- Transport Management Department .
- Construction Quality Management Department .
- Infrastructure Development Department .
- Department of Housing Management and Real Estate Market .
- Department of Planning and Architecture .

- Department of Economics and Construction Materials .
b) Public service units under the Department:
- Interprovincial bus station.
- Vehicle inspection center 78.01S.
- Center for Planning and Construction Consulting.
- Center for Construction Quality Inspection and Testing.
- Road Maintenance Management Board.
3. Staffing and number of employees
a) The number of civil servants and employees working at public service units of the Department of Construction is assigned annually by the Provincial People's Committee based on job positions approved by competent authorities.
b) The number of deputy heads of departments and units under and directly under the Department of Construction shall comply with the provisions of Article 6 of Decree 150/2025/ND-CP dated June 12 , 2025 of the Government regulating the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities and People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones under provinces and centrally run cities.
