GENERAL INTRODUCTION
Dak Lak Provincial Department of Construction was established on the basis of merging Dak Lak Provincial Department of Construction and Phu Yen Provincial Department of Construction according to Resolution No. 06/NQ-HDND dated July 2, 2025 of the People's Council on the establishment of Dak Lak Provincial Department of Construction.
The Department of Construction is a specialized agency under the Provincial People's Committee; has functions, tasks and powers according to the provisions of law.
