In 2025, Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee solemnly organized a conference to study, disseminate, propagate and implement the 2025 theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on implementing social progress and justice; caring for the material and spiritual life of ethnic minorities in Dak Lak province". This is a particularly important political event, demonstrating the deep concern of the Party Committee and the provincial government for ethnic minorities in the area.
For the Department of Construction, through this Conference, we continue to deeply grasp President Ho Chi Minh's views on progress and social justice, especially the idea of equality between ethnic groups, regardless of rich or poor, status, but together build a prosperous and happy life for all party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the entire agency. Thereby helping to grasp the policies and guidelines of the Party and State to concretize Uncle Ho's thoughts in the context of Dak Lak. From there, each party member, civil servant, public employee and worker is more aware of their role and responsibility in building a civilized and fair society where everyone has the opportunity to develop. Taking care of spiritual life, preserving and promoting national cultural identity. This is a key factor to preserve the diversity and richness of cultures in Dak Lak, while improving spiritual and cultural life, creating cohesion and pride for the people.
