The Department of Construction has the following comments:
Pursuant to Point b, Clause 1, Article 38 of Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP dated July 26, 2024 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Housing Law on the development and management of social housing ; Based on the request of Dak Lak Urban Development Investment Company Limited, the Department of Construction issued Notice No. 14/TB-SXD dated July 4, 2025 announcing the receipt of registration dossiers for purchasing social housing under the Km 7 Residential Urban Area project in Km 7 Urban Area, Tan An Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City (phase 2) and posted on the Department's Electronic Information Portal. In which, the deadline for receiving registration dossiers is until July 27, 2025.
To inform people and give them more time to complete and submit their applications, based on the request of the Investor, the Department of Construction announces the adjustment of the closing time for receiving applications for purchasing social housing in the Km 7 Residential Urban Area project in the Km 7 Urban Area, Tan An Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City (phase 2) to the end of August 9, 2025. Other contents are implemented according to Notice No. 14/TB-SXD dated July 4, 2025 of the Department of Construction (attached) .
During the implementation process, if there are any problems, relevant organizations and individuals are requested to report to Dak Lak Department of Construction for guidance and resolution.
